When is it justifiable to riot? What happens when peaceful protest fails? Can vandalism, sabotage or militant protest ever be considered "good things?" This session combines law and philosophy to discuss civil disobedience, uncivil disobedience, and violent protest, inviting students to debate these difficult conflicts between law and morality.
