Diversity in Development

Diversity in Development is a taster day for KS4 and 5 students interested in making the world a better place!

Across social media, in our news and in our everyday lives, we are confronted by inequalities and injustice affecting our global and local community. The work, research and study of International Development seeks to address these challenges through disrupting systems of oppression, providing remedies through humanitarian and problem-solving to find sustainable solutions.

In this event we will explore the key issues and debates within international development, speak to practitioners in the field (such as the Coalition for Global Prosperity) and get insights from former students of international development BA(Hons) to understand how we can be the agents for change in the world.
